Keep Your Guests Cool on Your Hot Day! A guide for keeping your guests cool at your outdoor wedding.

It's the middle of summer and you're planning your dream wedding. You've chosen an outdoor location and the date is set, but there's one problem: it's going to be really hot! Don't worry, I've got you covered. In this blog post, I will discuss tips on keeping your guests cool on a hot day. Follow these simple tips and your wedding will be a success, even in the hottest weather!

One of the most important things to remember when planning an outdoor wedding is to keep your guests comfortable. If it's too hot, they won't enjoy themselves and they won't have a good time. There are a few simple ways to keep your guests cool, even in the hottest weather.

Provide shade: Make sure there is plenty of shade for your guests to enjoy. If the ceremony is outdoors, consider setting up canopies or tents. You can also provide umbrellas or parasols for your guests to use.

Cool drinks: Have plenty of cool drinks available for your guests. Water is always a good choice, but you can also offer iced tea, lemonade, or fruit punch. If you're serving alcohol, make sure to offer some non-alcoholic options as well.

Popsicles: Popsicles are a fun and easy way to keep your guests cool. You can buy them pre-made or make your own with fruit juice and fresh fruit. Hire an attendant to hand out popsicles before the ceremony or reception.

Fans: Hand out small fans for your guests to use during the ceremony and reception. They can help keep everyone cool and comfortable. Also, they make great wedding favors! Also, you could consider using industrial-sized fans to keep the air moving.

Water misters: Water misters are a great way to keep your guests cool and they can also help keep them from getting sunburned. Set up water misters around the perimeter of the ceremony or reception area, or provide them for guests to use during the event.

Fair warning: On your wedding website, I would inform your guests that the wedding will be outdoors and that it might be hot. This way, they can come prepared with sunscreen, hats, or whatever else they might need to stay cool.

These are just a few simple tips to help keep your guests cool on a hot day. With a little planning, you can have a beautiful outdoor wedding that everyone will enjoy, no matter the weather!
